MMHC is now starting a bi-weekly, soon to be weekly, series called Daily Living Skills.  These classes will be both a training and informative tool to assist you in many areas of life from physical to mental to social well being, and will also focus on Peer Support and Recovery.  Check the Social Club monthly calendar online for dates and topics!

Community Connections supports the individual in gaining independence and improved quality of life through transitional recreational opportunities in the community. Community Connections is a program of Maine Mental Health Connections, funded by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and community donations. You must be over 18 years of age, and have a  mental health diagnosis to become a member
