Community Connections provides recreational opportunities to mental health consumers so they can become more integrated in their community, achieving personal fulfillment, social goals and greater independence.  Opportunities include:

• Bus Tickets- Bangor- Lewiston- Waterville- Portland areas
• Movies Tickets every 2 Months
• Cole Transportation Museum
• Concerts: Waterfront Concerts, Maine State Pier, Cross Insurance Center
• Penobscot Theatre, Sea Dogs baseball, Fairs, Speedway 95, Blackbeards, Bowling
• We will reimburse for YMCA, Gym, Adult Classes, Ski & Snow Tubing
• Day State Park Passes

Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a Mental Health Diagnosis
• Resident of Maine
